We sincerely appreciate your interest in participating in the 2nd Annual Jeepin’ To The Hollers. We understand there are many events to choose from, and we are grateful that you are considering being part of ours. With the continued support of our valued vendors and partners, we hope to see this event grow year after year, and we look forward to another successful and exciting event.

Vendor Information & Requirements

• Each vendor space measures 12’ x 12’ and is priced at $25 per space. Vendors requiring additional space must purchase the appropriate number of spaces to accommodate their display.

• Remember this is a Jeep related event and encourage you to have something relatable to the 4x4 community - feel free ask us for insight.

• Please note that Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) vendors are not permitted.

• All vendor fees must be paid promptly to ensure proper allocation of space based on your needs. We will invoice when application is accepted. 

• Event organizers reserve the right to make final determinations regarding participating vendors and organizations.​​

Please refrain from selling any “Jeepin’ To The Hollers” branded merchandise unless explicitly approved by Event Management.

Raffle Donations

We will be hosting raffles throughout the day to support our fundraising efforts. Any items you would like to donate would be greatly appreciated. Please bring donated items with you to the event, and our team will collect them onsite.

Vendor Promotion

We are excited to promote our vendors on our website and social media platforms. Please send:

• A sentence or two describing your business

• A logo

• A couple of photos we may use for promotion​

Event management will invoice you when application is accepted. Once payment is received, we will begin publicizing your involvement in the event.
